Will your bags fit our dispenser?
Almost certainly. Our roll bags fit nearly every standard roll dispenser, and our header bags fit nearly every standard header dispenser.
To check yours, open the door. Cards hanging on two or three prongs mean header bags.
A box with a tear-away opening means roll bags. Still not sure? Ask for free samples and test the fit first.
Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
We're the manufacturer. We make every bag and liner we sell in the USA, then sell them to you direct by the case or the pallet. Nobody sits in the middle adding a markup.
How fast do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. In-stock bags and liners ordered by 2 PM Eastern usually leave the same day. Frank loads them, and Frank doesn't lie about these things.
Stations take about a week, because each one gets its UltraSeal coat first. Pallets travel free by LTL freight.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes, to every business, HOA and municipality. Pick Net 30 at checkout. There's no application and no minimum, and the invoice is due 30 days after you order.
We trust property managers more than property managers trust residents to pick up. Both are acts of faith.
How many bags will our property need?
Plan on 2 bags per dog per day. A property with 20 dogs uses about 1,200 bags a month, so one case of roll bags lasts about seven weeks. For your exact numbers, try our free calculator.
What if we're happy with our current vendor?
Stay with them. But when they run out of stock, the bags start tearing, or nobody answers the phone, we're here. We've built a business on other vendors' bad days.
